Period: 01/01/2026 – 04/30/2026
Eligible Participants: New customers enrolling in recurring Group Swim Lessons at participating locations.
$99/month Promotional Pricing — Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern the “$99/month New Customer Promotional Rate” (the “Promotion”) offered by Royal Swim School - Sterling Heights (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling under this Promotion, the customer (“you”) agrees to the terms below.
1. Eligibility

Offer valid for new customers only.

A “new customer” is defined as:
-
A student who has never been enrolled at any of our locations, or
-
A student who has not been enrolled for at least 12 months prior to the promotion start date (unless otherwise stated).

Offer applies to group swim lessons only, unless otherwise noted.
-
Limit one promotional rate per student.
We reserve the right to verify eligibility and to deny or revoke the offer if eligibility requirements are not met.
2. Promotional Rate
-
Eligible customers receive a tuition rate of $99 per month.
-
This rate applies only while the student remains continuously enrolled.

The promotional rate is locked in and will not increase unless enrollment is cancelled.

The promotional rate is based on a standard month containing four (4) scheduled lessons.

The effective promotional class rate is $24.75 per lesson.
-
If a month contains more or fewer than four lessons due to the calendar, holidays, or closures, tuition may be prorated or adjusted based on the $24.75 per-class promotional rate.
If enrollment is cancelled for any reason, the promotion ends and the student must re-enroll at the current standard tuition rate.
3. Continuous Enrollment Requirement
To maintain eligibility for the $99/month rate:

Enrollment must remain active with no gaps in billing.

Monthly tuition must be paid on time.

If an account becomes 60+ days past due, enrollment may be cancelled and the promotional rate forfeited.
Pauses, freezes, or suspensions of enrollment will be treated as a cancellation unless otherwise approved in writing by management.
4. Cancellations & Re-Enrollment

You may cancel enrollment at any time by providing the required notice per our standard cancellation policy.

Upon cancellation:
-
The $99/month promotional rate expires permanently.

If you re-enroll in the future, you will be charged the tuition rate in effect at that time.

The promotional rate cannot be reinstated after cancellation.
5. Class Availability & Scheduling

Enrollment under this Promotion is subject to class availability.
-
Class times and instructors may change.
-
Make-ups, reschedules, and attendance policies follow our standard lesson policies.
This Promotion does not guarantee placement in a specific class, day, or time.
6. Non-Transferable / Non-Combinable

The promotional rate is:

Non-transferable between students or households
-
Not valid on siblings unless separately eligible

Not combinable with other discounts, credits, or promotions
-
Sibling, military, staff, or multi-class discounts do not apply to this offer unless explicitly stated.
7. Payment & Billing

Tuition is billed monthly to the card on file.
-
Taxes or facility fees (if applicable) are billed separately.
-
Failed or declined payments must be updated promptly.
We reserve the right to cancel enrollment for unresolved payment issues, which will result in loss of the promotional rate.
8. Term of Promotion

This offer is available for a limited time and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

Enrollment completed before the promotion end date will retain eligibility under these terms.
9. Policy & Terms Changes
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued enrollment under this Promotion constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
