Eligible Participants: New and existing customers enrolling in recurring Group Swim Lessons

1. How the Offer Works

• Purchase any two (2) consecutive calendar months of Group Swim Lessons upfront and receive the third (3rd) consecutive calendar month free.

• The promotion covers the first 12 group lessons that occur across the 3-month period only.

• Standard pricing: $108 per calendar month (up to 4 lessons per month, depending on schedule).

• Total promotional price: $216 upfront (representing $324 regular value).

• The 3-month period begins on the first day of the customer’s chosen start month.

2. Payment & Billing

• The full promotional amount of $216 must be paid in advance at the time of enrollment.

• Payment is processed as a single, non-refundable, non-transferable transaction.

• $25 registration fee applies according to normal policy  

• No coupons, discounts, or other promotions may be combined with this offer unless expressly stated.

3. Lesson Allocation & Additional Lessons

• The free month applies only to the first 12 group lessons scheduled within the 3 consecutive calendar months.

• If more than 12 group lessons are scheduled within the 3-month period (e.g., 5 weeks in a month), any lessons beyond the 12th will be charged at the regular monthly rate of $108 per additional month (prorated if necessary).

• Make-up lessons, private lessons, semi-private lessons, or any non-group lessons are not included and will be charged separately at standard rates.

4. Scheduling & Attendance

• Lessons follow the regular published group lesson schedule.

• Enrollment guarantees a spot in the chosen class for the 3-month period, subject to availability at the time of registration.

• Missed lessons do not extend the promotional period and are subject to our standard make-up policy (if any).

• The company reserves the right to combine, cancel, or reschedule classes due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, make-up options will be offered, but cash and credit refunds will not be provided.

5. Non-Refundable Policy

• The $216 promotional payment is completely non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to: 

  • Withdrawal or discontinuation of lessons by the participant

  • Relocation, illness, injury, or change in personal circumstances

  • Class cancellations or schedule changes by the company (make-ups may be offered instead)

  • Failure to use all 12 included lessons

• No partial refunds or credits toward future months will be issued if the participant stops attending before the end of the 3-month period.

6. Transferability & Changes

• The promotion is non-transferable to another swimmer, family member, or account.

• Switching class times, levels, or instructors during the 3-month period is subject to availability.

7. Expiration & Extension

• All 12 included lessons must be used within the original 3 consecutive calendar months.

• The promotional period cannot be paused, extended, or “frozen” for vacations, illness, holidays, facility closures, or any other reason.

8. Modification or Termination of Offer

• The company reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.

• Any changes will not affect customers who have already paid and been confirmed in writing for the promotion.

9. Acceptance of Terms

• By completing payment for the “Buy 2 Months, Get 1 Month Free” promotion, the customer acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as the company’s general policies.

• Customers may cancel their promotional purchase within 24 hours of payment and receive a full refund. To cancel, customers must contact Royal Swim School by phone or email using the information provided in their receipt or confirmation. After 24 hours, the purchase becomes non-refundable, though lessons may still be rescheduled in accordance with the company’s standard scheduling policy.
