Withdrawal Form

Please fill out this form to submit your withdrawal request to Royal Swim School so that we can process it as quickly as possible.
Please note the following:

• Withdrawals can be made effective no earlier than the end of the current month.

• If this notice is not received on or before the 15th day of your child’s final month, your account will be billed for the next billing cycle, as per the Rules, Term, and Conditions agreement.

• Example: If your child’s last month to swim is June, please submit your withdrawal request no later than June 15th. 

• All withdrawals are final. If you change your mind, you must re-enroll, but understand that space may no longer be available in that class.

• A late submission of the withdrawal form can be submitted after the 15th to drop your lessons for the end of the current month but a $30 late withdrawal fee will be charged to your account.
